In the succeeding five years plans, an increasing percentage of expenditure on education has given good result despite of formidable constraints. Present literacy rate of male is 73.69 and female is 59.57, male-female disparity is observe as 14.12. It is observed that good fruit of education in the state is achieved though the females are lagging behind the males.
