Peer Review
All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a single blind review process. This means that the reviewers will know the identity of the authors but the identity of the reviewers remains anonymous to the authors. Submitted papers are carefully considered to select appropriate peer reviewers—scholars who have not previously co-published extensively with the author(s), are unbiased regarding the subject matter, author(s), or institutions, and possess the authority and expertise to evaluate the topic(s) covered in the paper.
Reviewer reports are evaluated to determine whether they, individually or collectively, support the publication of the article, recommend improvements or further work, or suggest rejection. The final decision on whether to publish the article rests with the editorial team.
