The objective of having an Eco Club in the college is to generate awareness on ecology and promotion of environmental care at a community level. The club engages the students and faculty members to work towards the creation of pervasive atmosphere facilitating dialogue, action and feedback on environmental issues. The Eco Club organizes interactive sessions, essay writing competitions, lectures by specialized resource persons for the benefit of the students. The Club is regularly involved in the development of plantation and gardens within the college campus to create awareness about beautification, environment and ecology.
